The service

OptimizeBear scans public web pages and gives you a list of problems with a fix for each. The free scan checks one page at a time, a few times a day. Pro ($19 a month) checks your whole site every week, tracks Google rankings and AI answers, and drafts pages for you.

Your account

You need a free account to copy fixes and to use Pro or the MCP server. Keep your password and API keys to yourself; you're responsible for what happens with them. Revoke a key on the Connect your agent page if it leaks.

Fair use

Please don't:

• Scan pages to attack, overload or probe a site, or scan private or internal addresses.
• Get around the daily scan limits or the bot check, for example with many accounts or automated scripts outside the MCP server.
• Resell scan results or use them to build a competing data set.
• Use the service to break the law or anyone's rights.

We may limit or close accounts that do.

Fixes, drafts and results

Fixes and page drafts are suggestions, partly written by AI, and they can be wrong. You or your developer decide what to change, and you're responsible for changes made to your site, including by an AI agent acting on our fixes. Review changes before they go live. We can't promise any ranking, traffic or AI-answer result: search engines and AI assistants decide that.

What you build with our fixes and drafts is yours to use.

Pro billing and cancelling

• Pro is $19 a month, charged by Stripe at the start of each month of your subscription until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your account page. Pro keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't refund part-months, unless the law where you live says we must.
• If a payment fails, Pro pauses until it's paid.
• If the price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Our service

The OptimizeBear name, site, scan and software are ours. Your site's content stays yours. We may change or improve features; if we stop offering Pro, we'll tell you first and refund any unused paid time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue, or for changes made to your site. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and ending

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell Pro customers by email. You can stop using the service and delete your account any time by emailing us.
